Military/Security

Imagine you are about to embark on a reconnaissance mission in hostile environment. The most up to date intelligence involving terrain, personnel on the ground, entry and exit points and many other variables can give you and your unit the upper hand to carrying out a safe and successful mission. The ability to look over, around or behind objects in your line of sight to reveal clear routes is invaluable. You may need an overhead view of the surrounding area to ascertain your next move. If so then ROVision's aerial platform is what you and your personnel require.

ROVision's SR30 UAV can provide you with live feed information on your mission areas current state. unmanned vtol helicopters, military application

Using state of the art equipment you and your team can observe what the camera sees as the UAV carries out his survey of the area. The vehicle can be flown in several modes:

Fully Autonomous Mode allows the vehicle to be pre-programmed with chosen waypoints which it will follow using its own on board GPS navigation system. The mission can be paused, the UAV used to observe points of particular interest and then at the touch of a button return to original flight plan.

thermal imaging military useThe Semi-Autonomous Mode gives the pilot full control of the UAV with the autopilot still engaged; which means the vehicle is still totally stable in the air and can be flown anywhere off the pre programmed route.

Pilot Enabled Mode can be brought into action at any time and can be utilised when the UAV needs to avoid unexpected obstacles being targeted towards it. The safety pilot takes full control using the hand held control and guides the vehicle to safety, or in the event of an in flight problem to a controlled landing.

ROVision's vehicles can also be fitted with an array of sensors depending on the client needs. These include:

Keep the critical information flowing without jeopardizing personnel. Receive it live as though you are on the mission... you can't get more up to date than that!
