Tony McConnell, Managing Director
After serving 10 years in the Armed Forces working on various types of aircraft Tony then embarked on a 15 year career working offshore as a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Pilot. En route to this he has also worked in Telecoms and Non Destructive Testing. Tony formed ROVision in 2007 as an offshore ROV services provider but sees UAV's as a natural progression for the company to follow. Although Tony's main role is to run the company he spends as much time as possible 'in the field' allowing him to see first hand any areas in which ROVision can improve on customers services. Tony is fully qualified in both CSWIP Thermographic and PCN Inspections and has been certified by the CAA as a UAV Pilot.
Bob Furness, Technical Director
Bob is co-founder of ROVision and partner in the business. He also hails from an Armed Forces background having spent 13 years in the specialist field of Aircraft Avionics. Bob has also spent several years offshore in the roles of ROV Pilot and Non Destructive Testing. Bob is involved in the day to day running of the business but is primarily involved in the Research and Development and Integration of new systems into ROVision's fleet of UAV's. Bob is fully qualified in both CSWIP Thermographic and PCN Inspections and has been certified by the CAA as a UAV Pilot.

Captain Jon Gardiner,
Training Manager
Jon has been flying helicopters for over eighteen years and has over 10,000 hours flying Tigers and EC225 helicopters transporting oil workers to the North Sea platforms. He is ROVision's chief pilot and trains all new employees on helicopter skills and also carries out quality assessments on existing operators. Jon is an avid remote control helicopter enthusiast, is a holder of the BMFA 'B' award, the Silver award and was a runner up in the Scottish National Helicopter Championships Competition 2008. Naturally he has been certified by the CAA as a UAV Pilot.
Mark Donnelly, Operations Manager
Mark spent 22 years in the Royal Air Force as an aircraft engineer rising to the rank of Chief Technician. Mark's role encompasses everything from working alongside Tony in the day to day running of the business to writing out new procedures for ROVision's client requirements. Every time a new client requires assistance from ROVision it is Marks job to come up with viable solutions to each problem that may arise. He is in charge of the company's QA requirements and the recruitment of potential employees. Mark is qualified as an Incorporated Engineer, has a GCGI in Leadership and Management and is a member of both the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Dr Eric Donnelly, Ecological Consultant
Eric is ROVision's advisor on all Ecological projects including wind farm and power line development surveys. His expertise is also utilised in the training of personnel in the field of bird and seal population tracking in which ROVision's assets are widely used. He is currently involved with several companies as an Environmental Consultant studying ecological impact on new build power solutions.
Daniel J. Reid, MBA, CPP
Daniel is the founder and Managing Director of Paladin. He has been a business negotiator, project risk analyst and crisis planning and management executive in the international area for over 20 years and is Board Certified by ASIS International in security management. In addition, he is an adjunct professor teaching International Business and Negotiations for the Graduate School of Business at Colorado State University. A decorated Vietnam combat veteran with extensive experience in the security and Special Operations community worldwide, Daniel has led the Paladin team since its inception in 1997.
Trevor Wilson
Trevor is an owner and the Operations Director for Paladin. As a former member of the British Special Forces, better known as the Special Air Service or "SAS". Trevor is one of an elite group of highly trained specialists in security and counter terrorism. In addition to his extensive military training and combat experience, he has in-depth knowledge of virtually every aspect of facilities, home and business security. Trevor also provides oversight of all Paladin security operations personnel and training courses for military and security professionals as well as clients.
Dan and Trevor have experience in over 30 countries from the Far East and Latin America to most every venue in the Middle East including Somalia, Kuwait, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
